Refund policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For Users in Spain, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Germany and Italy:
The User will be able to return and be refunded with the total amount of the purchase (without the shipping expenses) or exchange the Product for one of a different color or size. The User should ship the returned goods by his/her own means.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@beccacole.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return and exchanges, you must comply with the following requirements:
- To arrange collection of the Product, the User must first contact Becca & Cole by email at the following address: info@beccacole.com;
- The User may evidence his or her right of withdrawal in any manner permitted by law; such right shall in any case be deemed to have been validly exercised by returning the Product;
- The Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Becca & Cole shall not refund any amount if the product has been damaged;
- The refund will be made by using the same form of payment as used to pay for the Product; and
- The Product has not been purchased on sale and is not a gift card.
EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event that the User considers that the Product does not conform to the Product’s specifications, the User shall immediately contact Becca & Cole at the e-mail address info@beccacole.com, give details of the Product and the defect and specifying whether s/he chooses to return the Product or to exchange it for an identical Product.
The User may return the Product using his or her own means. Once the returned product has been inspected, Becca & Cole will send within a reasonable time, an email informing the User whether the Product will be refunded or replaced (the “Refund or Exchange Decision”). In that case, the Product will be refunded or exchanged as soon as possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the Refund or Exchange Decision was sent.
In the event of a refund or exchange of a defective Product, Becca & Cole shall fully refund the price of the Product to the User, including shipping expenses.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
