Shipping policy

SPAIN DELIVERY INFO

  • The shipping region we refer to as "Spain" does not include Canarias and the provinces of Ceuta y Melilla.
  • We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.
  • We recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package.
  • Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.
  • Our delivery service operates mon-fri 8am to 7pm. Order received outside those business hours will be processed on the day that follows.
  • Our delivery service does not deliver on weekends nor public or bank holidays, it only delivers on working days.
  • Your order will be prepared and sent within 24/72h.
  • Please be aware that the shipping service may incur in delays due to Covid-19 and/or during period of high demand (e.g. Christmas).
Standard Delivery (3-6 days):
  • Standard delivery for Spain has a cost of 5,55€.
  • We offer FREE standard delivery for Spain for orders above 70€.
  • Delivery time for standard delivery will be between 3-6 working days from the date of shipment.

Express Delivery (1-2 days):

  • Express delivery for Catalunya has a cost of 6,60€. For all other regions the cost is 8,60€. 
  • We offer FREE express delivery for Spain for orders above 140€.
  • Delivery time for express delivery will be between 1-2 working days from the date of shipment.
  • If you need your order very urgently, you can contact us at info@beccacole.com and explain us your situation. We will do our best to help out.

AT THIS MOMENT, WE ONLY DELIVER TO SPAIN PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLAND. SOON WE WILL OFFER DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO THE WHOLE SPANISH TERRITORY.




INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFO (EU ONLY)

For international shipping we only offer standard delivery (5-8 days)

  • Standard delivery across EU has a cost of 11,30€
  • We offer FREE standard delivery for EU for orders above 140€.
    Delivery time for standard delivery will be between 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
